We are currently hiring product trainers for our telecommunications campaigns across multiple lines of business. In particular, we're looking for trainers who can handle customer service, inbound sales, outbound sales and a blend of the aforementioned LOBs. You'll be equipping our new hires fresh off the street with the skills they need to provide our customers the best experience on each and every call. You'll also be assisting more tenured agents reach that higher level. Like most product training, majority of the materials are client-provided but proficiency in desktop publishing applications like MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel are still essential skills for the job.

CORE SKILLS TRAINERS

We are looking for trainers who will be able to conduct Core Skills training for our new hires. Core Skills training is an integration of both Communication and Customer Service modules and aims to equip our trainees with the essential skills needed in order to succeed in the industry.
